Areas I support

Counselling is for anything that is affecting you no matter how big or small you may think it is, counselling and psychotherapy is a space to be heard and begin to make sense of things helping to improve your mental health and well-being.
Anxiety - I support clients with many forms of anxiety, including social anxiety, self esteem related anxiety, panic, trauma related anxiety, hormonal anxiety and anxiety resulting from loss.
Depression & Low Mood - Clients work with me to help with all forms of low mood and depression from long-standing depression and low mood, post natal depression, depression related to illness, depression related to grief of life changes.
Trauma - I support both children and adults with trauma related challenges, PTSD, birth trauma, and traumatic losses. I also work with children in care and adopted children via Hertfordshire Adoption team
Loss & Bereavement - Clients work with me when they are experiencing all kinds of loss, from death of a loved one, loss of a pet, identity or role in life, to relationship losses, estrangement and separations
Family Issues - I support individuals and couples with family dynamics that may be challenging, changes in the family including illness or disability.
Stress - I help clients with all forms of stress from work related issues to physical manifestations of stress and life changes
Neurodevelopmental challenges - I support children and adults with ADHD, ASD and other neurodevelopmental differences that are affecting them or their life
Abuse - I have supported many clients with historical abuse including sexual abuse, domestic abuse and emotional neglect. I also work with children who have developmental trauma related to abuse or neglect
Life transitions - clients seek my support for life changes such as redundancy, retirement and change of purpose, children leaving home and career changes.
